First Annual Bread Tasting Party: Saturday, January 15, 2011, at 2PM at my home in Mechanic Falls, Maine. Every bread in my repertoire will be available for tasting along with other snacks and my special Manilla Mead for a toast. There’s a rumor that I might bake a fresh loaf of Cheddar Bread* during the party (best eaten hot). Please email me for directions.

* Because of the delicate nature of this bread, I will not be offering it for sale.

The breads

Here is a picture of the bread table at the Bread Tasting Party of 2011. There was honey, a large jar of raw honey, and butter as spreads, and many other yummy things to nibble and imbibe. And yes, that IS a double row of bread – 12 loaves plus the Lammas Loaf and Ostara Bunny Bread on the left-hand table for a total of 14 flavors.

And as you can see, I don’t believe in starving my guests! Cheese, crackers, veggies and dips, olives (2 kinds) and all manner of other yummy things to munch!
